What Shipping Methods Are Available?

newetrend.com is offering: Free Shipping on all items when online paymentis done while purchase Free In-Store Pickup where you can get your order online from our store itself for free.

How long will it take to get my package?

We only ship and deliver within the United Arab Emirates. We deliver your orders via TCS Courier (for normal days delivery) & Professional Courier, for Dubai and Abu Dhabi deliveries arrive within 2-3 business days and for other Emirates, deliveries arrive maximum of 5 business days.

How can I track an order?

You can easily track your orders by logging in to your account. On the upper right simple click “Track Your Order” and fill up the information needed.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need to create an account to place an order. But, we prefer you to create one for a faster transaction on your future order.
